This project showcases an external brick slip facade to match the existing building complimented by sophisticated black sliding patio doors, fixed wall  lights, and weatherproofed sockets. A beautiful entertainment space with a balcony has been beautifully realised.

The Grove, HA8

Renovation project of entire ground floor. Brief included removing a partition wall and load-bearing wall. Flooring re-levelled and replaced by herringbone parquet flooring. Most importantly, a brand new kitchen has been fitted along with utility area, all in a contemporary style.

Lean to kitchen extension of 22.8sqm with additional bath formation under 3sqm. Upto 2.5m tall cupboards built adjacent to bath for additional storage and pantry. Planning, build over application to Thames Water, building control detail drawings and tender packs were all submitted for a successful design

Grovelands Road, N13

A former office space is has been a transformation into a grooming business and has converted to accommodate ‘Day of the Dog,’ a new establishment specialising in grooming services for dogs. A Change of Use application was submitted and approved, facilitating this transition and allowing ‘Day of the Dog’ to establish its new home in the repurposed office area. By repurposing the office space, the project minimizes the need for new construction, thereby reducing environmental impact. 

The transformation of the office into ‘Day of the Dog’ exemplifies how innovative design can revitalise underutilised spaces, contributing to the community’s economic and social vitality.

Kitchen extension of 15sqm with light grey flat panel cabinet doors and wide french doors leading to the garden. Black tiles with black glass splash-back, wine glasses design. Return island with grey bar stools compliments the theme of the kitchen.

Toplocks Estate , UB2

  • 8,800 sqm

Project design management under a Design and Build Contract for the provision of 26 dwellings – 23 houses and 3 apartments on .088Ha plot, with car parks, EVCPs (Electrical Vehicle Charging Points) and landscape in  the Borough of Ealing.

The development features distinctive three-storey saltbox-style townhouses, each adorned with sustainable green roofs. The design not only provides an aesthetic appeal but also contributes to environmental sustainability. The project emphasises the harmonious integration of urban living with nature. The greenery surrounding the development will be maintained periodically to foster the growth of native wildlife plant species, enhancing biodiversity and creating a serene living environment.
