Grovelands Road, N13

A former office space is has been a transformation into a grooming business and has converted to accommodate ‘Day of the Dog,’ a new establishment specialising in grooming services for dogs. A Change of Use application was submitted and approved, facilitating this transition and allowing ‘Day of the Dog’ to establish its new home in the repurposed office area. By repurposing the office space, the project minimizes the need for new construction, thereby reducing environmental impact.

The transformation of the office into ‘Day of the Dog’ exemplifies how innovative design can revitalise underutilised spaces, contributing to the community’s economic and social vitality.
