Lean to kitchen extension of 22.8sqm with additional bath formation under 3sqm. Upto 2.5m tall cupboards built adjacent to bath for additional storage and pantry.

Planning, build over application to Thames Water, building control detail drawings and tender packs were all submitted for a successful design.

The Grove, HA8

Renovation project of entire ground floor. Brief included removing a partition wall and load-bearing wall. Flooring re-levelled and replaced by herringbone parquet flooring. Most importantly, a brand new kitchen has been fitted along with utility area, all in a contemporary style.

Bentry Road, RM8

Kitchen extension of 15sqm with light grey flat panel cabinet doors and wide french doors leading to the garden. Black tiles with black glass splash-back, wine glasses design. Return island with grey bar stools compliments the theme of the kitchen.

Grovelands Road, N13

A former office space is has been a transformation into a grooming business and has converted to accommodate ‘Day of the Dog,’ a new establishment specialising in grooming services for dogs. A Change of Use application was submitted and approved, facilitating this transition and allowing ‘Day of the Dog’ to establish its new home in the repurposed office area. By repurposing the office space, the project minimizes the need for new construction, thereby reducing environmental impact. 

The transformation of the office into ‘Day of the Dog’ exemplifies how innovative design can revitalise underutilised spaces, contributing to the community’s economic and social vitality.

Villa Acajou, Central Africa

This villa concept comprises of four bedrooms with three en-suites, one main family bathroom, living room, office, kitchen, dining, a pool and carpark space. 

Materials such as African Mahogany – Khaya Anthotheca, blue black brickwork cladding and white painted render. This villa has been designed on a plot of 900 sqm and a ground floor internal area of 165 sqm.

Toplocks Estate, UB2

Project design management under a Design and Build Contract for the provision of 26 dwellings – 23 houses and 3 apartments on .088Ha plot, with car parks, EVCPs (Electrical Vehicle Charging Points) and landscape in  the Borough of Ealing.

Three storey saltbox style townhouses with green roofs. The greenery which surrounds the developments, will be maintained occasionally to encourage wildlife plant species.

Hardwidge Street, SE1

Rooftop design for business office to access from ground floor through access hatch. The top floor flat also has access to the rooftop which can be used alternatively.

A glass floor has been placed to increase more daylight in th room below. Higher timber panel fences are placed on one side for the rooftop to prevent overseeing due to the primary school located on that side.

Turners Hill, EN8

Residential low maintenance garden design comprises of evergreens, artificial turf and sandstone paving. This 140m²garden is suited for small children by avoiding trip hazards and omitting acidic plants to make it pet-friendly.

As the garden is south facing, a tree has been added to the west and seating is located on the east of the site. An outbuilding is created to attend to family movie nights, office area with an additional side shed for storage.
